My son-in-law rents from us and it is an 80 year old home. he just bought a 200 gal. fish tank. the joists are 2x6 and I am concerned that over 2000lbs filled will move the floor and possibly the wall. it has not been filled yet. Also, I would guess maintanance and cost to be high??? Thank you
